Sorry - wanted to show my error message too - thanks. Drive DVD+R-DL MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ8C0 1.00 has RPC protection that can not be bypassed. Change drive region or update drive firmware from http://tdb.rpc1.org. Errors likely to follow. Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:MEDIA REGION CODE IS MISMA...

My DVD drive is Region 1 as are the movies I'm trying to make back-up copies of - so, as far as I can tell, I should not be getting the region mismatch error - any suggestions?
