I am looking to purchase this drive and enclosure as well. If I am mostly doing DVD rips/some Blu-ray, maybe the occasional ultra-hd disc, would this LG drive suffice? Usually steps to try and fix that are
Change DNS
Check firewall and geoblocking settings make sure Russia is not blocked
Use a vpn
