Re: Buffalo BRUHD-PU3-BK Refuses to read DVDs (reads bluerays just fine)
Hi friends. So, yesterday, I received the Buffalo BRUHD-PU3-BK I had ordered in the mail. I proceeded to flash its firmware to BU40N 1.03MK from using the "all you need firmware pack" from the makemkv forums as well as GUI SDF tool made by Marty. Now, to test it, I used a dvd I've been us...

Re: SDFtool Flasher
When I insert a UHD movie it just spins and spins until it gives up. No error messages are displayed just "MakeMKV v1.17.7 win(x64-release) started". I have Tried to use the drive on Two different MACs M1 and M2 as well as the Windows machine I used SDFtool Flasher on. Bottom of the drive...

Re: BD-RW BDR-XD07U | Status: Possible, not yet enabled
@Mike Admin Mike, I have a Pioneer BDR-XD07UHD drive with firmware ID05. When I tried to open the 4K UHD "Monster Hunters" disc, I receive the following error message. "Can't read AACS VID from disc - most likely current AACS host certificate is revoked by your drive". Also, the...

Re: BUFFALO BRUHD-PU3-BK not flashing at all!
Sorry about that. Fixed now. well it looks like its on 1.00 of something but of what as the buffalo case hides that does the tray still eject? The drive works fine except for some discs. This is why I wanted to change FW to 1.03MK but can't for the life of me. The firmware most likely wouldn't make...

I think you mean one of the least popular drives out there....DeathStalker wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2024 6:13 amThat's not the most helpful of answers I have no issues with anything other than BD50s. Considering this is just about the most popular drive out there, that doesn't seem like a logical answer.....

Re: Jurassic World Dominion Which M2TS for which version
I just bought the Jurassic World Dominion UHD and it has the theatrical edition and the extended edition. I am looking at almost 2 dozen M2TS files. I want to combine them for the TE and the ExtEd but how do I know which file goes with which version? I am brand-new to this, so apologies if this has...

Re: Cryptic post issue.
The "Recommended drives" and firmware to flash them with is very convoluted and doesn't say which utility to flash and what version to flash with absolute definitive. It says it on several different paragraphs and bullet points. The drive in question is an BP60NB10. Thank you for your hel...
