I can confirm that the hash key is available for the theatrical cut (at least, haven't tried the director's cut) of the UK release.

These steps might also work for you, if you do not want to or cannot downgrade your Firmware to be able to use DVDFab Passkey.

I gave up, downloaded the trial version of DVDFab and ripped it without any problems.

Good news that it clearly can be ripped, though perhaps even stranger that makemkv still can't handle it?

Given how long this title has been outstanding one can only assume it's a problem with the way the disc it put together other than encryption. Fingers crossed for the next version of the app.
