how to remove CdRom Device Arbiter Service ?
I tried Makemkv on my AMD desktop with a Pioneer UHD optical drive, and the app failed to work properly, it could not scan any Blu Ray, all menus were grays.
so i wanted to uninstall it, but this service remained on my system and i cannot remove it now.
so how to remove it completely now that i have deleted the app ?
should i re install the app to uninstall it again ?
and why this app does not work on my pc ?
