AV Sync/ Hash Errors on Lionsgate Films.

Anyone else noticing a lot of this when attempting to rip UHD's from Lionsgate? So far (on the latest makemkv version) I've managed to rip 6 films cleanly, another 2 completed with AV/sync issues, and 3 that had hash errors and/or failed outright. Oddly enough every single fail was a lionsgate. I'm currently attempting to rip Valerian, but it had a ton of corrupt/invalid messages, then av sync issues, and is estimating 8 more hours to rip! (where as every other film has been around 1 hour). Guess what? Valerian is Lionsgate as well. Is there something goofy with the way they author discs or is maybe just not agreeing with my PC for some reason?
Just curious if anyone else is noticing this.

Pacific Rim and Star Trek Into Darkness completed with av/sync issues, but I haven't tried playing them to see if they are ok or not yet.
