I've sent you a valid dump (3.02 ASUS based) which should fix your MakeMKV issues.

I'm curious to read the ending, i'm experiencing some read errors randomly on some batman discs aswell (other, more than 20, uhds just read fine).
I finally manage to make a full backup decrypted with MakeMkv after several tries, but those discs seems harder to read.
I have same drive, LG BH16NS55 1.02 and asked Amazon a new set for the batman trilogy.
New set gave me same random errors and it's the same for MakeMkv 1.10 to 1.12.

Sometimes it does the same to me, but you have to let it go and after 1-2 mins it will start to increase speed again.

Anyway I'm doing some tests with other firmwares, if I find the best for you, I'll keep you updated.

I'm ripping same uhd disc you have on my system.

Now I'm using BH16NS55 flashed as ASUS BW-16D1HT 3.00 firmware and MakeMKV 1.12.0 with latest hashed keyfile.

As I said before, the drive is having a problem reading the disc.

If the disc works with AnyDVD, then maybe AnyDVD is ignoring or bypassing the read errors.

Have you tried holding the disc under a bright light such as LED lighting or light from a projector and ensuring that the disc is as clean as possible? I normally ensure discs are perfectly clean from all angles by the bright natural light from the window and that's good enough 99% of the time, but the first time I held up a disc to the light from my projector, I was surprised by how much more I could see on the surface of the disc.
