Hashed Keys don´t work. Makemkv only works with AnydvdHD

Hello,
I have everything installed according to the instructions of Makemkv. I am using a LG BE 16 NU 50 (UHD friendly drive, Firware 1.01). If I want to open a 4k UHD movie with Makemkv, the "hashed keys" will not work. There is always the message that the volume key is wrong. However, in the text file of the "hashed keys" these volume keys are all included. Have AnydvdHD additionally installed. With AnydvdHd I can open in Makemkv the 4k movie and edit synonymous.
Why do not the "hashed keys" work for me? I copied them as in the instructions in the Makemkv folder. Makemkv is up to date and the license key too. I'm at a loss now. I searched all forum posts and can not find a solution. Maybe one of you can help me!?!? Thanks in advance.
