This is my 2nd UHD disk that I've ripped, first had no problems. Will this effect the video or audio in anyway? Thanks.

Usually, disks do not have mixed subtitle types; they have tracks with "everything", and separate tracks of "just the signs and printed text". So, the constructed subtitle track ("marked as forced") gets nothing put in it. It's empty, so it gets deleted.

Some (small number!) of disks have mixed. Avatar is one. Those are what this was intended to "fix", because not every player can deal with it. You'll see the deleted message a lot, though.
