BD-RE BU40N Firmware Update failed

Hello, i wanted to update the Firmware of my UHD Bluraydrive and it failed,fatal -_-
i tryed to downgrade and upgrade with a few Versions but it did not helped
i made a screenshot of the details , can someone help me plz?

Knowing what the output of your update program was would be helpful. You haven't said what you were using to update.

at first i flashed m drive with this firmware Version A103

after this the device was dead , no signal i tryed to rescue it with a firmwarefile named BU40N_A103_HN7Y6_ZPE.exe
dvdfab says i need a backup friendly firmware type A100 to backup uhdbd
has anyone a compatible firmware to restore my device?

Produzent: HL-DT-ST
Produkt: BD-RE BU40N
the vendor i got it from called it techPulse120 extern USB 3.1 Typ-C UHD HDR 4k 3D MDisc BDXL Silver V10
