The program can't find any usable optical drives.

I have been using Make MKV for at least 5 years and this is the first time it has come up with this error. "The program can't find any usable optical drives." I have no idea how to fix this. I am using a 2015 MacBook Pro with High Sierra version 10.13.5. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
