This is most likely a coincidence but ever since the outage on 9/7 I have been getting these errors. I have tried un-installing then re-installing MakeMKV but still getting the same errors. After the outage I stopped using it for a few days then tried again and it was working fine. I was using all morning long, left the house and now I am getting the error again. I have tried multiple .iso files even some that have previously worked fine. I enabled the debug log and here is what I got.
