Has anyone had any success with this disc?

Are these brand new discs or older?

I am not sure but I think the log is showing uncorrectable errors.
The first thing I would try is to clean the discs. I make it a habit with every disc I rip to clean the disc first. I used a 50/50 mix of distilled water and rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth. I stopped having problems after I started doing this.

It might not be your problem, but it is a good place to start. Good Luck

New discs. I did clean the first disc, but it looked to be brand new. It also played fine in PowerDVD and VLC. I actually tried a second disc of the same movie thinking it was just the disc - but also a no go. The log file I provided was the second disc that failed.

Although a new disc may look perfectly clean, many times they are not. It can't hurt to give it a try and see if it helps. Since I started cleaning every disc, I have not had any problems other than sending the log to Mike for decryption. Many others have thought there discs were clean but when we told them to clean them, the disc was able to be ripped. Good Luck

New Disk and cleaned also. People were having issues using another program to rip it... they just resolved that issue.

Have all attempts at correcting this protection been exhausted? Is this going to be an official 'no go'?

I tried ripping Chappaquiddick several times and was unsuccessful too. The disc was pristine in appearance before and after cleaning it.

I wouldn’t go that far. There’s only one person here that can make sense of the log files and update the app and we don’t know if he’s even looked at this yet.

Depending on your situation:
Retail copy - put it on the shelf until resolved.
Rental - return and try again later.
