And, without a lot more information, we can't help you.

Turn on debug logging (information that is in the link in my signature), try a rip again, and post the log information, please.

I was have poor luck with almost every movie. I just switched out my 5 year old BD drive with a new one and now everything works perfectly.

It would be easier to troubleshoot if you were ripping from the original disk - there are many potential problem when dealing with pre-ripped sources, because MakeMKV has no control over what was done.

First off, thanks for your help. I've only been using this program to transfer files from ripped copies from One Click Dvd. I'm kind of new at doing this and was told to do it this way. So I can actually rip using this program and transfer to my Plex program for streaming?? Thanks!!

Yes, MakeMKV can go direct from disk, and you don't have to rip "everything" on the disk, you choose the titles you want.

If you've already got the files ripped/decrypted, though, you can also use tools like handbrake to convert the VOBs to either MKV or MP4 files for Plex, with the added benefit that the video would be recoded as h.264 instead of MPEG2. But that is a moot point if you're already using Plex to reformat video "on the fly" for your players.
