Your drive is having issues reading the disk - it gets lost when trying to follow the track. At first the read errors are intermittent, as it is able to retry the read and continue, but it stops being intermittent at offset 3371042816, and tosses the track following error.

Cleaning the disk is the place to start, even if it looks pristine.

Thanks. I actually did clean the disc about 30 minutes ago before I saw your message, noticing there were fingerprints, and tried again now and saved fine! I went to post I was able to save, and saw your message. I usually use my eyeglass cleaner when I have issues.
