Hello - I am having issues converting the Unbroken bluray to a .mkv. I ripped the bluray using Redfox, and then am trying to convert it to an mkv. Here are the errors. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

It is very unusual to get errors like this from a hard drive - they aren't supposed to go "offline" without you turning them off.

Since you're saving to the same device you are reading from, it is possible either the drive or the operating system got confused.

I see, that makes sense. I have ripped a few other blu-rays just fine now. I will try restarting my computer / re-rip the bluray maybe and see if that works.
