I just bought Demon Slayer Mugen Train. MakeMKV accesses and reads the BD disk just fine but when it is time for me to select options (just before ripping), it only lists one file which leads to a single file for three episodes. I watched the video, VLC shows chapters, more than three chapters.
Any ideas?

How many segments are listed in the map for that single playlist (.mpls)?
If the episodes are each in separate transport streams (.m2ts files), you can rename the playlist file in the backup folder before opening the disc (I'd suggest simply adding an extension, so "00000.mpls" might become "00000.mpls.removed"). Do not deleted the file altogether as you may need it again, and playlists don't take up much HDD space anyway!
This will force MakeMKV to give you access to the individual episodes in .m2ts form.
That would save you having to split the combined file afterward, but you will lose any chapters that were in the playlist.
