Disney BDs aren't working for me

Hello, I want to rip my Disney BDs, but MakeMKV (Ver. 1.17.3) shows me an error anytime. My BD-drive is working correctly (other BDs form other companys are still working) and the BDs are also fine. What I have to do to success?

Some indication of what the errors are would make it MUCH easier to guess at what is happening. As it is now, it could be that your disks have errors, and you need to clean them. But that's just a guess. Disney disks are relatively easy to rip.
