Help with 3D conversion

Post by Jonboy »

I have a large collection of 3D Blu-Ray discs that I am trying to back up.

After searching the forum, I have discovered that the 3D portion of the Blu-Ray is not backed up by default and I must manually change this for each disc.

Is there a way to back up the 3D files by default? Can not seem to find an answer for this so far.

"Backup" should preserve the 3D track. "Open disk/Save to MKV" does not default to including the 3D MVC track, but you can make it default to that.

If you have "Expert mode" turned on, you have access to profiles and the Advanced tab in preferences. Both allow you to specify "default selection rules" for tracks. You need to make "+sel:mvcvideo" part of the comma-separated list of rules.
