I don't think MakeMKV is lying to you. There's something wrong with 00009.m2ts. Refresh your copy from a backup or rip the disc again. Theres no problem with 00009.m2ts cause its only one of the chapters. If I do the same with other chapter, the program say there are same errores with 00007.m2ts or...

Its not directly from bluray, its from an image at the HDD
