Re: Percy : Sea of Monsters

Same error message. While the file processed without further errors, the resulting content was only partially decrypted. BD+ Dump file was posted to my download page and URL for download page was sent to the SVQ email address. UPDATE: Same problem with 3D disc. Separate BD+ dump for 3D disc also po...

How did you burn it? I.e., did you burn it as a data BD or an "authored" BD?

Re: Ripping audio from a TV station recorded blu-ray

Does it work on a Mac running the Mavericks OS? Works fine on my iMac under Mavericks. In the last 30 days alone I've ripped all 7 "Doctor Who (2005)" HD season re-releases, the 25 movie "Zatoichi" Criterion Collection release, and at least a dozen other new 2013 releases withou...

Re: Smurfs 2

Anyone know the correct file? There seems to be 4.... UPC: 0-43396-41963-0 (US release from Amazon) These appear to be alternative language versions of the movie. I used the first segment set (00001.mpls with consecutive segment numbering) to rip the 2D disc in "English." Second set (0000...

According to my player the length is 1:55:48, three possible titles, the one that worked for me: UPC: 0-25192-21310-6 Title information Name: RED 2 (English) Source file name: 00679.mpls Duration: 1:55:48 Chapters count: 18 Size: 31.5 GB Segment count: 15 Segment map: 505,517,514,502,504,511,507,50...

Re: RED 2

I don't have a 00016.mpls nor do any of my options show a duration of 1:55:45. If anyone figures out the for sure correct playlist, please post it. As previously mentioned, different products can have different MPLS/segment lists. ADDED: People may want to include the UPC associated with their mpls...

Re: RED 2

I will do the same in case there are multiple versions. Segments appear to be in the correct order. My product number is 0-25192-21310-6 and is the Amazon Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD combo package. For me, t00 (00016.mpls) had the correct segment sequence. ADDED: May have spoken too soon. Will have ...

Re: RED 2

If anybody knows the exact runtime or a technique to identify the correct stream while the movie plays, I would be happy to post my results once I narrow down the possibilities. My player indicates 1:55:45 for the US release purchased from Amazon. Only two files have this time on my disc—t00 and t1...

Re: Aspect Ratio and other questions (please help)

I'm new to makemkv and am not the most tech savvy person. I've been ripping my blu-rays for my personal use on my home cpu but when I play the mkv file using VLC, GOM or any of my video playback software the aspect ratio is strange. The playback does not fill up all the way to the ends of the monit...

Re: BONES - The Complete Eighth Season

We still have no dump for disc 3 (if it exists). In case they are needed, have posted an additional set of Bones: Season 8 SVQ dump files. URL to page containing a list of individual Disk dump files sent to the SVQ email address. Update for Disc 2 downloaded to system and, as others have already re...

This path was defined by me. I don't actually remember the original location so I assume the above response by Romansh to be correct for the default location.

Re: Where do I upload dump files?

I don't have a mac to verify with so this is going by how it works on other platforms. The dump files are created in a folder called ".MakeMKV" in your user folder/home, this folder is hidden on Linux and Mac since it starts with a dot. Either tell finder to show hidden files, can't remem...

Re: Pioneer BDR-208D

Any ideas or updates? I had assumed the maximum read/RIP rate was determined by the drive and/or the disc encoding. I have Pioneer 2 BDR-206 (v1.56) based drives, 1 Pioneer BDR-208D (v1.10) based drive, and an LG WH14NS40 (v1.00) drive. All of the Pioneer drives have max rates in the range you indi...
