Trying to update my version of MakeMkv program to the new one and see the same message “Account Suspended” and a Russian website. So is there another way to ge the newer version of MakeMKV? And will the website return if so when?

I am trying to install MakeMKV program on my brand new computer, I get an error code when opening up this program which is libmqt.dll error. How do I correct this install?

The problem I am having with The Expendables 2 is I have about 40 titles and all are either 15 to 16 chapters all in a range of 24.0 to 25.8 gigs so far each one I rip skips chapters going from the end, start, or middle of the film.
