Edit : After use the help batch, it's easy to understand so MUX.bat is the one to use to just convert it.

Thanks for your answer ! But I would like to find a standalone tool in order to use it in a process. If I need to mux to MP4 then demux MP4 to raw streams, I think I will go to MakeMKV (while it's free).

I would like to know if a standalone tool exists to merge BL + (M/F)EL + RPU to a single track ? I know MakeMKV can do that but I would like a standalone tool to do that from 2 raw tracks to a raw track.

tsMuxeR 2.6.12 seems to be able to extract AVC and MVC from MakeMKV files but I haven't tried this.

Any idea ? I would like to understand how does MakeMKV work with MVC.

Why is it related to BD authoring software ?
MakeMKV build a MKV MVC 3D but it's not possible to extract AVC and MVC from this MKV in the future ?

I'm going to try MakeMKV and MVC 3D with my Raspberry Pi 2. I use OSMC or LibreELEC, both latest version but I can't play MKV MVC. It doesn't play in 3D, only 2D.
Is there a trick ? Do you have a sample MVC MVC to try ?

I've an another question : if a hardware player doesn't read Blu ray Cinavia protected movie, could it play MKV made with same streams Cinavia protected ? Or with any output format Cinavia is detected ?

Thanks, OK so Cinavia can't be remove (for the moment) but MPC-HC or VLC can read without problem.
But for MKV 3D (AVC and MVC), what software can read this ? PowerDVD or other commercial software can read but Cinavia is implemented in these softs so maybe it doesn't work ?
