If it is a bad drive then why do some discs work and some don't Because different Blu-rays are actually different data density. Some are bd25 others are bd50 for UHD to goes up to bd100 So maybe it just won't read the higher density discs. Sadly I have seen many more bad drives than I have seen bad...

OK, I had some more discs come in: The Martian Blu Ray Star Trek 2: Blu Ray John Wick None of them will load. I pulled out another blu ray (Now You see Me) and it loaded. just email me for replacement its under my warranty seen this a few times its usually from shipping. its usually 1 of 2 problems got hit hard and knocked the motor shaft out of the bushing or one thats mysteriously fully dead and shows no sighs of life strangely that been more common lately not sure...

yes your drive is SVC NS50+ so it worked if it was NS40 it would be dead the guide explains this fine

honestly starting to think it was an attack
user number were in the 700-900 range when it was slow at off peak hours.
the normal amount i usually see is 300-500

you can try using makemkv drive speed control it not like the lg/asus where it can bring it above the rated speed.

You still need to flash it
