I was able to extract the track using tsMuxeR and integrate it into the mkv file with MKVToolnix. VLC is mute on the track, MPC-HC just freezes. When passing the audio directly to my receiver via XBMC the movie is also mute until I switch over to the standard DD track. I get similar results playing ...

Same here. If anyone figures out the correct tool to get the TrueHD track extracted, give us a heads up.

MakeMKV is unable to recognize the TrueHD Atmos track. It sees the standard AC3 sub-track, just not the main.

As this is the first disc with an Atmos track this is not unexpected. Just a heads up.
