I feel kind of stupid now. You are right. My total array had plenty of space but no single drive had enough so it wouldn't fit. Tried a different drive with plenty of space and had no problems. Thanks!

I've been using MakeMKV for quite some time and it never seems to flag the forced subs. As time goes on this gets more and more frustrating.
