I have the same disc; Ripped to MKV (PL 202) and no problem playing it in JRMC or Kodi.

When converting an ISO to MKV it possible to have the output directory default to the input directory and the output file name to default to the same as the input file name but with an MKV extension rather than ISO? DA season 4 disk 3 has 2 episodes. Both appear in MakeMKV. The second episode appears to be 00002.mpls which is shown as an 18.2 Gb source with a duration of 1:36:18. When extracted to mkv the resulting file is only 7Mb, so clearly not a good extraction.
