Thanks for the buy link, but i cannot put a key in until my problem is sorted.
As soon as the program starts it freezes then 30 seconds later that error message pops uo.

I cant click on anything, or do anything, i just have the waiting cursor.

I kind of have a follow on from this. My January 2016 key expired on 30th Jan, not 31st Jan. Now that it has expired, the client told me it removed the key and to restart the app. I restarted the app, and now it launches, but crashes with a "MakeMKV Beta Popup" and the contents "Fatal...
