If NO DVDs are working, it's usually the drive, but more likely you have disks that are smudged or scratched. Have you tried cleaning them? Hi My Drive is fine as I can read and write both CD and DVD or Blu Ray (Data) from MacOS finder. I'm still at a loss as the Blu Ray being read by MakeMKV is a ...

The latest update to High Sierra Beta(10.13 Beta (17A330h) fixes issue. tested today 09/08/2017 12:41GMT

I have the same issue. However, I believe this may be due to Apple reverting to a new form of AFP as MKV works fine on a Mac running Sierra or earlier.
