I've been ripping Blu-Ray Movies with the inattention on watching them on my Apple TV in HD I've been looking closely at the Movies apple sales, bit rate and size etc. So far the best thing i have found that works about 95% of the time is to Encode it using Handbrake however, i can't get the chapter...

I have not had this issue yet, what Movie were you ripping? also I'm trying to find a way to convert to .MP4 for appleTV/ iTunes and keep the chapter markers any ideas?
