I'm having the same issue trying to read ISOs using the Mac version of MakeMKV. The program always crashes with a fatal error after a few seconds of reading the ISO file and generating the output MKV file.

I am having the same issue. MakeMKV crashes with a fatal error with every ISO that I've tried. I tried 4 different ISOs, and all crashed at different points. I tried v1.4.7 and v1.4.8 on both OS X 10.5.8 and 10.6.1. All encounter issues with ISOs.
