I'm having the same exact problem today on my disc for "The Omen". I'm on Debian 10, and running the latest MakeMKV (compiled per instructions). This is the only disc that I have ever received this error on. I have ripped multiple titles the last couple of days, this is the first time I'm seeing it....

I can confirm that for a fact, the Red Box playlist of 299 is not correct. I got about 15 minutes into the film when the scenes started to jump around.

Welp, I can confirm that 00473.mpls IS NOT the correct playlist.

I'm not sure if this is correct or not, but both HandBrake and MPC-HC defaulted to 00473.mpls for me. I've already ripped it, but haven't had a chance to watch it yet.
