I sent a dump file for 1917 UHD. While I wait, i did my first "encrypted disk backup". Once the key is available to decrypt it, how do I make a MKV from this backup folder?

I ripped all 3 of mine no issue. Either a disk issue or an optical drive issue

They flash the 3.0 firmware before shipping the drive for $30+ shipping more than me i bet they don't even test it like i do.i wouldn't recommend buying from them i know these drives have about a 25% fail rate right out of the factory my drive...
