I just waited it out and now plain old vanilla MakeMKV is able to open disk 1. backing mine up now

I might try that method if this isn't updated and working in a day or two

Tried again around 9am PST today, still no joy but I'll be patient

submitted mine as well, though my disk 3 also is labeled as disk 1

I can certainly give cleaning the disks a try. All I did was open the packaging and immediately put the disk in the drive, so on my end the disks are factory new but I suppose cleaning and praying can't hurt
