Re: Having trouble understanding arguments, examples?
Are there any concrete examples of how to select audio tracks only, and not subtitles, etc? Just open the title and there will be listed what is available, those that are "ticked" are that which is currently selected so just "untick" the ones you don't want and they will not be ...

Re: Remove "_t00" in the output title.
I have forgotten how to automatically remove the "t00" at the end of the title output in preferences. As an example, when I ripped the dvd disc "Destination Tokyo (1943)", the output is "Destination Tokyo(1943)_t00". TIA for all help. https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/vi...

Re: Quite new BH16NS55 died -- anything I can do?
Any idea what I could try? Is the device broken although it's really that new? Sometimes they do that if the disc is "dirty", i.e. a film is on the surface. I have a BH16NS55 and that has happened a few times. Use a microfibre clothe and give the surface a really good wipe, place on a fla...

Re: UHD Friendly drives for sale & flashing service (currently Australia only)
That quote was referring to BH16NS55 1.02 firmware. Your drive should be using WH16NS60 1.02 which is faster than both of those and has no sleep bug. If it was flashed to ASUS 3.02 it would be slower and introduce the sleep bug. Better off leaving it as is. My bad, just saw the 1.02 and thought it ...

Re: UHD Friendly drives for sale & flashing service (currently Australia only)
Also, the ASUS 3.02 firmware is around 15-20% faster than the LG 1.02, which is why I offer to cross-flash the LG BH16NS55 with the ASUS firmware as an option when purchasing. Marty, have a LG BH16NS55 with the LG 1.02 that you supplied. Is it possible to flash that drive to the ASUS 3.02 to get be...

Re: Suggestion: Save Logs
If you select Debug Logging in the Settings then for each Title you do an extract for a log file would be created which is named:
Title ddmmyyy (or variation according to Windows Region setup) hhmmss.log - so an example of how it would end up looking like is
Terminator Salvation 16082020 174536.log

Re: Drives have difficulties loading and reading discs
Even with this firmware, I had some brand new discs that would not read properly even though they looked spotless so I washed them using dish soap, warm water and a new microfiber towel and then they read fine. Had the same problem, same disk didn't work for a few times - so cleaned with a microfib...
