Are there any concrete examples of how to select audio tracks only, and not subtitles, etc? Just open the title and there will be listed what is available, those that are "ticked" are that which is currently selected so just "untick" the ones you don't want and they will not be ...

All audio formats are selected by default so will be written, unless, you untick any in which case those will not be written.

That quote was referring to BH16NS55 1.02 firmware. Your drive should be using WH16NS60 1.02 which is faster than both of those and has no sleep bug. If it was flashed to ASUS 3.02 it would be slower and introduce the sleep bug. Better off leaving it as is. My bad, just saw the 1.02 and thought it ...

If you select Debug Logging in the Settings then for each Title you do an extract for a log file would be created which is named:
Title ddmmyyy (or variation according to Windows Region setup) hhmmss.log - so an example of how it would end up looking like is
Terminator Salvation 16082020 174536.log
