Hey, I had the same issue earlier. I'm not sure if it will work for you but my Malwarebytes was blocking MakeMKV from downloading the necessary files to decrypt. I'd halt any security application in the background and make sure you're on the latest MakeMKV then start a RIP. Good catch and that was ...

2001 A Space Odyssey Video can't be decrypted

So, I just received my LG WH14NS40 and successfully flashed it to WH16NS60! I am trying to test rip a 4K UHD disc and get a message that the video cannot be decrypted, although I thought it was supposed to access the disc directly and not have to do that!
