New key downloaded and title backed up! (with difficulty, however -- I finally had to back it up and then extract MKV from the backup).
But, the new key was obtained.

I've looked carefully at all previous posts about this title. I don't see anything I'm doing wrong. I've sent in the debug file 5 days ago. This is an Amazon purchase. Every other disc i purchased works fine. Is it just a new key and I need to be patient, or am I missing something? Drive Information...
