Just ran into this issue myself. I'm on Arch Linux with the latest version of the official ffmpeg package (5.1.2) and have the latest version of MakeMKV (1.17.2). When I open the 4K WALL-E Criterion disc in MakeMKV, it shows 0 channels for the TrueHD Atmos track, and the resulting MKV shows 1 channe...

I figured it out. I made a backup and watched all 4 .m2ts files (338, 342, 343 and 343) which are short 21 second scenes where the agent enters an area and she looks at a screen/monitor. In each file, there's different content on the monitor - the first one shows Elon Musk, the second one shows Pie...

I have a similar issue with the season 2 discs from the complete series set released in the UK. The episodes similarly start about 1:30 too early, but, rather than being cut off at the end, it goes on for several minutes past the end of the episode and includes some textless material from the episod...
