So far, UHD discs 5 and 6 have given me read issues about halfway through with my ASUS drive. I cleaned UHD discs 5-8 with a little Dawn dish soap and tried again. Disc 5 still fail...

Eventually it is just a single frame video or alike, and MakeMKV skips those, but that's just an assumption.

Thank you, MakeMKV skipping playlists with a single entry would certainly make sense. I'll pop open the index later and try to confirm.
