I just downloaded that keydb from the FindVUK Online Database, and the first disk is now ripping.

Do you mean keeping Dolby Vision when you rip it from the disk? If so, it should be there automatically. You can download an app called MediaInfo, and that will give you all the information about the MKV file you just created. All you have to do is drag the MKV to the MediaInfo window, and it'll loa...
