Re: Some Ripped Movies Not Playable

Guys, can you please provide some more details? What was the MKV source? What error is displayed and what player is used? Ideally, can you run mkvinfo (from mkvtoolnix) for each problematic file and post the output here? Thank you.

Re: Audio only?

No, but you can easily extract audio from mkv with mkvtoolnix tools.

Re: Too bad...

The version 1.4.3 is available, sorry for the delay.

Thanks for the warm words - although I know a lot about development, I'm not a primary MakeMKV developer - my main skill is that I do speak English. :)

Re: Multiple chapters for Bluray & HD DVD?

What kind of disc is that? MakeMKV should be able to concatenate all chapters together w/o any problems.

This is probably disc-specific issue. We'll investigate.

Re: Problems building makemkv on Mandriva

It looks like you do not have Qt headres installed.

Re: Host certificate revoked

Please enable "log debug messages" in preferences, restart the application, open disc again and copy the log (or type "makemkvcon info disc:0" - it will provide the same log to stdout) and post the log here. Thank you.

Re: Failure converting Open Season 2

The error says that VOB file is incorrect. Normally, one can copy data from the log window but this functionality was accidentally broken in 1.4.2. How soon this error happens after you press the "save" button?

Re: A Suggestion: Titles

MakeMKV uses the disc and title names when they are available (on the disc). By default it uses disc name for folder and title name for mkv file. When title names are not available, "title01" names are used.

Thanks for suggestion, we'll investigate. Do you know any specific disc that uses this feature?
