Re: Constant need for new keys is so annoying. Better optio

Why does this app constantly require that I enter new keys? Every couple of weeks. It's ridiculous. I've never seen something so non-user friendly. I really wish there was an alternative app that I could use. Is anyone aware of any good alternatives that aren't so blatantly obnoxious? Thanks. /buy/

Re: Free Fire Movie correct mpls

On DVDs lately, I typically see 2 tracks... one with the correct runtime & one that is slightly longer, usually with an out-of-sequence scene tacked on. Must be a new, more insidious protection. Personally, I'd just extract 'em all & test the ones with the correct runtimes. If it is a new pr...

Re: Video exacts but not audio - Region 2 BluRay

Unsure what the default selection rules pick & don't have a BD to test... I would guess all. Refer to 'Select content' section:

/onlinehelp/

Anyway, have you tried selecting a different audio track during playback?

Re: Splitting out cells from title

You can use mkvtoolnix to carve up the original .mkv on chapter boundaries, or use Handbrake/Vidcoder to split & convert to .mp4.

Re: Video exacts but not audio - Region 2 BluRay

What player are you using to play the .mkv? Have you tried selecting an alternate audio track, assuming you originally selected more than one?

Re: DTSHD to FLAC problem

Can you tell us a bit more about what you want to accomplish? When you choose the FLAC profile, an .mkv file is still produced, but with the DTS HD audio track converted to FLAC encoding. - Have you tried playing the .mkv? - IF all you want is the FLAC-encoded audio track, you could extract it from ...

Re: The Circle

That was one option... - a scratch - cleaning disc MAY help - a mastering defect - try a different source disc. in the event of a bad lot, try a different retailer. - structural protection - see below (the link I mentioned) "Read error (DVD media) On DVD media read error may be caused by severa...

You appear to have 'Log debug messages' checked under 'General' preferences. Just clutter if you're not actually diagnosing a problem.

Re: Registration Key for MAKEMKV

Upper, left corner of the MakeMKV window... 'File' 'View' 'Help'

'Help' > 'Purchase'.

Once you have purchased your key, you will apply it using 'Help' > 'Register'
