When you say "verify the scene cut" do you mean verify the frame counts of the video file and the rpu, like I did? Or is that a specific process I can run with the tool?

I have had great luck with the LG BU40N for years now.

It's the 4-character hexidecimal before the .tgz in the dump file that is created.

Example: MKB20_v77_THREE_COLORS_WHITE_B6F4.tgz <---- It would be B6F4 in this case.

Sorry, I can't assist with your problem. One suggestion for faster support: you should try posting in the 'UHD Drives' section of the Forums, for better visibility.
