Same exact issue here. Discs 2 & 3 worked just fine. But Disc 1 fails to load. Even macOS has trouble reading it, and after a long time of scanning the disc, it just reads it as a blank BD. I tried cleaning the disc, no dice. I did try playing it in my UHD player, though, and it works just fine.

The newly-released UHD blu-ray of "Suspiria" (1977) cannot be decrypted in the latest version of MakeMKV. I've sent the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.

Best Buy Steelbook copy works for me, no dump required. (I'm guessing you both got yours from Amazon, which I sometimes have problems decrypting on release day. So weird.)
