You have an old version of the drive "pre-UHD Friendly" manufacture date.

Simple, you need to ensure you are on the correct firmware. There are literally hundreds of posts in this forum and around the web on this subject/issue. You need to do some further reading/research to ensure you have the correct firmware/hardware combo for proper UHD BD ripping.
