Re: Pioneer firmware update February 2023
Do you know whether there is any information regarding progress / ETA for making it possible to use Pioneer recorder BDR-X13E-S (and many other Pioneer devices with recently updated firmwares) with firmware 1.03 (not libredrive for now) with MakeMKV for UHDs? I'm aware many people are waiting for t...

Re: Help flashing new WH16NS40 why is 4K playback possible with mine?
you have to full flash back to wh16ns60 1.00 first to reenable dosflash use the lg flasher for that its the easiest Thank you, that worked, after flashing wh16ns60 1.00 the dosflasher tool finally recognized my drive. I then followed the youtube video dumping its firmware, and using data mover with...

Re: Help flashing new WH16NS40 why is 4K playback possible with mine?
Hello, I revived my old PC, and set it on IDE, then proceeded to install a 32 bit copy of Windows on it, but the dosflash tool can't find my drive. I also tried the WinPE version of Windows provided here, but it can't find the drive either. I tried the drive on, and off, rebooted, and tried on all ...

Re: LibreDrive for Pioneer drives
Sounds really cool, thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately I don't own a single UHD disc, so I'm not interested in buying Billy's flasher (sorry). What about my question whether this drive can get LibreDrive support on standard firmware? If youre drive is listed above but is not supported, it ...

Re: LibreDrive for Pioneer drives
Hi, is it correct that this drive can get LibreDrive support via an sdf.bin update? Also would there be any reason to update to a newer firmware (pre-December 2022, of course)? Drive Information OS device name: D: Current profile: BD-ROM Manufacturer: PIONEER Product: BD-ROM BDCUD03AS Revision: 1.0...

Re: Help with re-flashing BP50NB40?
I'll send you a flasher to make it a BU40N Sorry for the necro-bump. I am in the exact same scenario as OP; Flashed BP50NB40-NB52 1.03 -> NB50 1.03 -> BP60NB10 1.00 Hybrid FW. BP60NB10 is not compatible with redump so I need to flash to BU40N or NB50 1.00. Used SDFTool to try and recover to stock o...

Re: Is there any software to scan a MKV file for errors?

Re: Clarification on flashing LG WP50NB40 (Slim)
The two USB cables are plugged directly into the computer, just in case I removes and reinserted all the cables.
