Re: Spider-man Homecoming
Just ran it through MakeMKV. Got two titles, 00421.mpls -28.9GB, 16-chapter(s), and 00422.mpls - 28.9GB, 83 chapter(s) If anybody know which is correct please let me know... for now I'll just record both (though I'm assuming the 16 chapter(s) one is the correct one).
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks! That did the trick. Amazing what I'm able to forget if I don't do a function for 8 years.

Can I specify a default USB 3.0 BD Drive?
I have two BD drives (external, in USB 3.0 enclosures). I want to run two instances of MakeMKV and specify each instance uses only one of the BD drive by default. I had it set up that way on my 2009 Mac Pro (died), but do not seem to be able to do that with my new iMac. If I don't when I open the se...

Re: Too many files in rip
Thing is, while there's two episodes on the first The Pacific disc, MakeMKV gives me the choice of 4, 2-each of 10.41GB and 2-each of 10.78GB, and their rips appear to be the same thing. Others: - The Princess and the Frog gives 2-each of 18.69GB and 2-each of 18.68GB, - Coraline gives 1-each of 16....

Too many files in rip
Hi. So I set my minimum preference to 1400 seconds, and that strips out a heck of a lot of (to me) useless files, but several BDs (e.g., The Pacific) seem to have multiple copies of the main features. So far, I've been ripping all, opening the rip in Plex, and trying to determine if there's any diff...

Re: SVQ worries
Would it be possible for anyone to give me a step-by-step method to get the latest SVQ file into my Mac? Create a directory with any name in your user folder In makemkv preferences, on BD+ tab specify this directory as "svq directory" Download an SVQ file from http://www.makemkv.com/svq i...

SVQ worries
I get the SVQ error on many BDs. I go to the Help page, but it seems to be for PCs, not Macs? I cannot find any "'SVQ directory' set in MakeMKV preferences (on BD+ tab)." By that I mean I cannot find any/all of the terms in that statement. I'm not exactly a Mac novice, but I searched the f...

Re: Subtitles failure
Plex and VLC can handle the PGS subtitles in Bluray movies. Maybe in the future these apps will support it. I've ripped my movies to include the subtitles in the hopes that future releases of Plex will support this. Thanks for the answer, I'm getting desperate. However, I don't believe I'm understa...
