In my limited experience, SOCKS5 supports (requires?) authentication, making it incompatible w/ MakeMKV's current proxy implementation, as I see no means of passing credentials. However, that may well be deemed overkill.

The flashing tool would not open unless I ran it as an administrator. The Asus firmware would not flash onto the drive. I ended up using the WH16NS60 1.02 firmware and it worked like a champ.
