Re: Buy a 4K UHD “Friendly” / “Official” Blu-Ray Drive - Internal and External available. West USA or International.
I shipped 8 drives today. Trying to get caught up as quickly as possible while still retaining quality service.

Re: Need a UHD Friendly Drive? Western USA and INTERNATIONAL!!
Wow I guess no one registers here anymore as I’ve received zero feedback in a month but in that time I’ve sold 50 drives. Hmm.
I suppose there’s also the possibility that I suck but I think someone would have said something 🙂

Re: LG BP5050NB40 support
Necro bumping but Im unsure if I should create a new thread I have this drive and the information is quite sketchy for which firmware is supposidly supported. In makemkv I see this Drive Information OS device name: D: Manufacturer: HL-DT-ST Product: BD-RE BP50NB40 Revision: 1.00 Serial number: Cens...

Re: Saving Private Ryan - UHD Steelbook - AACS host certificate revoked
The Revenant and Planet Earth II disc 2 were my problem children. Ended up buying new copies of each after at least three months of insanity. Example: Well it’s been three days now since I attempted a rip of the same fucked up Revenant disc. I think I’ll try again today because I’ve got a feeling! L...

Re: Bluray Drive Stopped reading Blurays and 4k blurays help needed asap thanks
Some AACS versions have new key revocation tables in them. If a drive loads one of them (even if you don't play it), the key revocation table in the drive is updated, and the revoked key (in this case, MakeMKV's) becomes invalid for accessing any BD content, including UHD. LibreDrive tells compatib...

Re: Bluray Drive Stopped reading Blurays and 4k blurays help needed asap thanks
We need some help to help you... Did you recently try playing or ripping a BD with a version of AACS newer than v70? In your MakeMKV data directory, are there any files that start with MKB_v or MKB2_v and a number larger than 70? Version 71 of AACS has been reported "in the wild", and som...

Re: Read Speeds are slow on new drive?
Just a wild guess as i"ve noticed the same phenomenon as well is possibly makemkv is now optimized for ripping 4K UHD blu rays??? And that is just a guess I don't know shit. I regularly see ASUS BW16D1HTs max out at 8.0X (7.0-7.5 sustained during the longest m2ts file) same with the LG WH16NS60...

Re: Saving Private Ryan - UHD Steelbook - AACS host certificate revoked
Follow up. Clean booted machine. Ripped a BD and four more UHD discs. Tried Private Ryan again. It did it's spin up and down, and let me open the disc this time after some waiting. Then while selecting what I did or did not want, it just dropped out completely to the disc insert icon. Opened it aga...
