Re: Star Trek Into Darkness BluRay
Has anyone had any luck backing up their Star Trek Into Darkness Blu ray using MakeMKV? I just got a disk from Amazon that isn't even allowing me to select the backup option. I'm waiting to test it in another blu ray player, but thought I'd ask if someone had done this successfully. I had no troubl...

Re: Jack Reacher BD - No Sound After Converting
Jon (Walker) - thanks for the information. I downloaded the VLC Media Player and the MKV file decrypted by MKV Maker has a DTS track and 5 AC3 tracks (not sure why there are 5). When I play the MKV file in the VLC Media Player I can hear the audio. This shows that MKV Maker is decrypting the Jack R...

Re: Jack Reacher BD - No Sound After Converting
I used MakeMKV to decrypt the Jack Reacher Blu-Ray. I have downloaded the Matroska codec which enables the playback of MKV via Windows Media Player but whilst I could hear the audio for the interviews I couldn't for the main film. The question still remains as to whether or not the MakeMKV file con...

Re: Jack Reacher BD - No Sound After Converting
When I convert the BD to MKV, the features (interviews with author, actors etc.) have perfect audio, but the main film has no audio (picture conversion is perfect though). When you say "convert" here, to what app are you referring? The MakeMKV default operation merely decrypts the source ...

Re: Oz the Great and Powerful - 3 titles
800 appears to be English, 801 French, and 802 Spanish. (E.g., check title credit at about 45 seconds into each version of the movie.)GJones wrote:Anyone already determined which is the true title?
It would appear to be 800.mpls, 801.mpls or 802.mpls but it is not clear which might be it.

Re: The Last Stand (2013)
Ok, so for anyone that doesn't have a 603 on their disc, these are the options which worked for me without issue, all of them with a runtime of 1:47:13 and 16 Chapters: 00001.mpls 00043.mpls 00276.mpls 00842.mpls 00941.mpls Hope that helps. 842 appears to contain the correct segment order on my disc.

Re: Life of Pi
Out of curiosity, where is the location of the SVQ files on the Mac if I ever need to download and install manually? On my Mac, they are automatically stored the "MakeMKV data directory" I specified in the MakeMKV preferences window under the "General" tab. I assume the setting ...

Re: Willow 25th Anniversary BD/DVD Package
It should. As of first thing this morning, the primary drive (LG WH14NS40 based unit) was still generating the BD+ dump files each time I tried this disc. (Have tried disc several times since Monday the 11th and, since ten other BD movies plus two BD TV Show seasons have processed normally in the s...
